How I Caught a Serious Case of Travitude

The trip that changed my life wasn't supposed to be a vacation at all.

I was sent to Puerto Rico for work and ended up spending three weeks exploring Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and St. Croix. At the time, I'd traveled all over the United States and had taken a school trip to Spain and France, but international travel still felt like something that was a little outside my comfort zone.

That trip changed everything.

As a small-town North Dakota girl, seeing new cultures, meeting people from different backgrounds, and experiencing destinations I'd only seen in pictures completely opened my eyes to what was possible.

I came home with a new perspective, a longer bucket list, and one big realization: international travel wasn't scary. It was life-changing.

That experience sparked a passion that's still driving me today. I love helping people step outside their routines, see more of the world, and create memories they'll talk about for years.

Because sometimes all it takes is one trip to change the way you see everything.
